What is the Pomodoro Technique?

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo. It uses a timer to break work into 25-minute intervals (called "Pomodoros") separated by short breaks.

How It Works

  • 1. Work for 25 minutes (1 Pomodoro)
  • 2. Take a 5-minute short break
  • 3. After 4 Pomodoros, take a 15-minute long break
  • 4. Repeat!
